Objeto: PETRÓLEOS DEL PERÚ - PETROPERÚ S.A., en adelante PETROPERÚ, requiere contratar el servicio lavado de bandera s y guardapolvos perteneciente a la Jefatura QHS E de Operaciones Conchán. Plazo: El servicio será ejecutado en un plazo de tres (3) años o hasta agotar el monto contractual, lo que ocurra primero . Al día siguiente de notificado la OTT PETROPERÚ fijará la fecha de inicio del servicio en coordinación con el CONTRATISTA (se aceptarán entregas parciales). Asimismo, se debe tener en cuenta que, por cada servicio solicitado vía correo electrónico, el CONTRATISTA tendrá un periodo de hasta 07 días calendarios para la entrega del servicio. Se detalla distribución de servicios a realizar: 5 de 12 Tipo de Servicio Unidad de Medida Servicio Año Lugar: El servicio se realizará en las instalaciones del CONTRATISTA, debiendo coordinar el recojo de las prendas en las instalaciones de Operaciones Conchán / Jefatura QHSE Conchán. El recojo y la entrega de las prendas, se realizarán en la puerta de ingreso PV -2 de Refinería Conchán, ubicada en la antigua panamericana sur Km. 26.5 - Lurín. De lunes a viernes de 08:00 am a 04:00 pm. No feriados.
