Objeto: PETRÓLEOS DEL PERÚ – PETROPERÚ S.A., en adelante PETROPERÚ, requiere adquirir el BIEN de Xileno grado ACS para la Unidad Laboratorio de la gerencia operaciones Conchán. Descripción: ITEM SUB ITEM DESCRIPCIÓN UND Cantidad solicitada 1 1.1 Botellas de xileno grado reactivo para análisis con concentración mínima de 95.0% y máxima de 100.0%. cada botella debe tener un peso bruto de 4.99 kg, y debe contener una cantidad de xileno de 3.44 kg. 09-100-40200 UN 12

Plazo: El plazo máximo de entrega del Bien es de cien (100) días calendario, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la Orden de Compra al PROVEEDOR. • Se podrán solicitar entregas parciales según necesidad y previa coordinación con el proveedor dentro del plazo máximo de entrega del bien. • Los bienes que incumplan las especificaciones técnicas deberá n reemplazarse sin costo para PETROPERÚ en un máximo de treinta (30) días calendario desde el día siguiente de recibida la solicitud formal de cambio. Lugar: Lugar de entrega y horario: a) Almacenes de Refinería Conchán (Antigua Panamericana Sur Km. 26.5 – Lurín). b) Horario de Atención: lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 11:30 y de 14:00 a 16:00 horas). c) Una vez efectuada la entrega física del material, el PROVEEDOR deberá coordinar con Receptoría de Carga, para la emisión del Acta de Conformidad del bien.
