La Ville de L’Île-Perrot sollicite des offres auprès de firmes spécialisées afin de conclure un contrat de services techniques couvrant le soutien aux utilisateurs, la gestion, la surveillance, la maintenance et l’évolution contrôlée de son infrastructure de technologies de l’information pour les années civiles 2027, 2028 et 2029, avec possibilité de prolongation pour les années 2030 et 2031. Le prestataire de services devra réaliser les activités prévues de manière à maintenir la disponibilité, la sécurité, la performance et la continuité des opérations numériques municipales. Le mandat devra comprendre toutes les interventions récurrentes nécessaires à l’atteinte des résultats attendus, notamment la présence hebdomadaire d’un technicien à l’hôtel de ville, le soutien à distance, la surveillance des systèmes, la maintenance préventive, la gestion des incidents, la documentation ainsi que la reddition de comptes.
