La Municipalité de Lac-Beauport désire obtenir des soumissions pour des services professionnels pour l’équipe de conception complète regroupant toutes les disciplines d’architecture et d’ingénierie entre-autres pour la conception et la réalisation du projet de la phase 1 de la requalification de l'ancienne chapelle Saint-Dunstan, située en bordure du lac Beauport, en centre culturel. Un lieu qui se veut un espace culturel polyvalent capable d'accueillir des activités culturelles, communautaires, corporatives et événementielles. Le projet répond également à plusieurs enjeux : préserver un bâtiment patrimonial emblématique; rendre accessible un site exceptionnel en bordure du lac; soutenir la vie communautaire; attirer une clientèle touristique et corporative; offrir un lieu de location distinctif dans la région Le projet est planifié en plusieurs phases et le mandat vise uniquement la phase 1, dont la mise en service est prévue à l’automne 2027. Le mandat inclut également la coordination avec les autres professionnels qui seront mandatés (scénographe, acousticien, archéologue, laboratoires…), le tout suivant les conditions et modalités décrites dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
