L’OPTC est une société exploitant une entreprise de transport de personnes par des modes de transport collectif; L’OPTC désire lancer un appel d’offres se rapportant à des Services d'imprégnation sous vide des stators de moteurs alternateurs du métro. Les stators nécessitent une ré imprégnation sous vide afin d'améliorer leurs performances diélectriques et de prolonger leur durée de vie. Les stators visés par les Services s’inscrivent dans un assemblage composé d’un induit et d’un stator; ensemble pour lequel la remise à neuf de l'induit a déjà fait l’objet d’un contrat distinct.
