Le présent Devis a pour objet de retenir l’expertise d’un PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES pour effectuer les services de surveillance périodique de différentes chaudières haute pression à vapeur et à eau chaude, exploitées par Santé Québec Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire. Ces Services sont requis afin d’assurer la conformité aux exigences législatives et réglementaires applicables, notamment celles relevant de la Régie du bâtiment du Québec. Afin d’assurer la continuité de la surveillance des chaudières, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC doit pouvoir recourir aux Services du PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES lors des absences planifiées ou imprévues de ses employés affectés à cette surveillance, notamment en situation d’urgence.
