Attachment “A” Commodity Specifications Statement of Work Description of Activity/Service: RTI International (RTI) is a global, independent research institute with almost 60 years of experience in creating and translating knowledge into practice. Attachment A With its upgraded features, the next-generation MES will expand supply coverage to the Offices of the Secretary and the Undersecretaries, in addition to the ESEOC. It will include provision for an information and communication system which will enable timely and effective mobiliz ation and coordination among government agencies and key energy sector stakeholders, in times of natural disasters, security challenges and other contingencies.
