Contract Description: The assignment involves providing comprehensive technical and procurement support to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the development of Industry 4.0 and specialized laboratories within the Science and Technology Parks in NiÅ¡, ČaÄÂak and KruÅ¡evac. The Consultant will assess existing infrastructure and laboratory needs, prepare technical specifications, procurement and contracting strategies, develop tender documentation, support procurement and evaluation processes in accordance with EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules, and provide environmental and social implementation support. The overall objective is to ensure the successful procurement and establishment of modern laboratory facilities that will strengthen innovation, research and technological development within the Science and Technology Parks.
