| Brief Description of Assignment | : | The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project (P178077) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) will include but not limited to: a. Technical and Operational Support • Provide technical assistance to the PMU in the processing, appraisal, implementation, management, review, monitoring, and evaluation of Institutional Development Plans (IDPs). • Support rationalization, technical review, and quality assurance of IDP proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives, IDG Operations Manual, and available budget. • Assist in preparing annual and multi-year implementation and operational plans for IDG activities in accordance with the approved implementation calendar. b. Institutional Capacity Building and Compliance • Support principals and sub-project managers of Youth Training Centers in ensuring full compliance with the IDG Operations Manual, fiduciary requirements, and implementation guidelines. • Maintain close coordination with participating institutions to facilitate timely execution of IDP activities and address implementation bottlenecks. • Prepare comprehensive institutional profiles of all YTCs awarded IDGs. c.
