INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
Brief Description of Assignment:Selection of an NGO for Matching Grants Pilot Implementation Support in Chattogram Division. The assignment will be implemented over twenty (20) months. During the first 14 months, the NGO will support beneficiary enrollment, savings verification, matching grant administration, and implementation monitoring. During the last 6 months, the NGO will undertake post-grant monitoring and an evaluation of the pilot to assess whether savings practices, productive investments, and related welfare outcomes are sustained after withdrawal of the matching grant incentive.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required | : | General Experience in Relevant Assignments ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in in case management and training in labor market and social protection programs, including Microcredit implementation and Grant Monitoring in Bangladesh. Experience in Field Staff Deployment and Management ? Demonstrated capacity in the recruitment, orientation, supervision, and performance management of a large number of field-level personnel
