IPO/BIJ12 voert namens meerdere provincies (Deelnemers) een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor Security Operations Center (SOC)-dienstverlening. De Opdracht omvat het leveren van SOC-diensten gericht op het monitoren, detecteren, analyseren en opvolgen van beveiligingsincidenten en -dreigingen binnen IT- en (optioneel) OT-omgevingen. De dienstverlening bestaat uit een verplicht basispakket (o.a. security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence en rapportage) en optionele aanvullende diensten. De dienstverlening wordt gefaseerd per Deelnemer geïmplementeerd en biedt ruimte voor opschaling en doorontwikkeling gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst.
