KS v/ programmet KS Partnerskap for radikal innovasjon (KS PRI), ønsker tilbud på et FoU-prosjekt som skal innhente kunnskap (nasjonal og internasjonal) om, samt utvikle 2-3 konsepter, for Samfunnstjeneste for unge. Arbeidet skal ta utgangspunkt i Menon Economics samfunnsøkonomiske analyse om samme tema (Menon 2025), og beskrive hvordan et helhetlig konsept for Samfunnstjeneste for unge kan utformes for å oppfylle betingelsene for samfunnsøkonomisk lønnsomhet. Konseptforslagene skal også inneholde konkrete forslag til pilotering av konseptene og gi en anbefaling for veien videre.
