The subject property occupies a very central location at the heart of the town’s commercial precinct and has been used: as a community meeting space, community development program space, to accommodate community events and more lately as an occasional office. There are two office/multi-use buildings on site, with a shade structure covering the area between the two buildings. There is a large rear yard on each parcel of land, with access from the rear laneway. Under the Shire of Wiluna :Local Planning Scheme No.2 the land is zoned Commercial.
