Achizitia de servicii de ,,Dezvoltare aplicatii software la cerere’’ are sopul de a asigura capacitatea externa de dezvoltare software pentru realizarea, implementarea si punerea in functiune a unor module sau aplicatii software la cerere si integrarea acestora cu aplicatiile aflate in exploatare in landscape-ul DEER, prin aceasta urmarindu-se cresterea calitatii activitatii societatii, optimizarea si digitalizarea proceselor de business. Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri in a 11-a zi ȋnainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus.
