Furnizare „Pachete software destinate cercetării avansate în domeniul automotive” necesare în cadrul proiectului „EuroDrives – UTCN – European microelectronics value chain for highly automated driving”,Cod 14.PI/I4/C9. Proiectul este cofinanțat prin Programul Național de Redresare și Reziliență, Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere ale ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere ale ofertelor este de 18 zile. Specificațiile tehnice care indică o anumită origine, sursă, producție, un procedeu special, o marcă de fabrică sau de comerț, un brevet de invenție, o licență de fabricare sunt menționate doar pentru identificarea cu ușurință a tipului de produs și nu are ca efect favorizarea sau eliminarea anumitor operatori economici sau a anumitor produse, aceste specificații vor fi considerate ca având mențiunea ”sau echivalent” cu excepția situației unde se specifică altceva.
