Obiectul principal al acordului-cadru constă în furnizarea de produse, anume sare pentru deszăpezire cu transport inclus, în vederea asigurării stocului de sare pentru îndeplinirea obiectivului principal al autorității contractante. Cantități minime estimate ale acordului cadru: 2.000 tone, Cantități maxime estimate ale acordului cadru: 20.000 tone, Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mic Contract subsecvent: 1.000 tone, Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mare Contract subsecvent: 3.000 tone. Numărul de zile pana la care ofertanții pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
