„Servicii de reparaţie planificată tip RP (reparatie periodica), rebandajarea rotilor osiilor montate, refacere protectie anticoroziva si vopsire integrala in sistem poliuretanic, reparatii / reconditionari / inlocuiri de subansamble / piese / materiale constatate pe fluxul de reparatie ca necesar a fi efectuate la vagoane de calatori seria 2068” Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 22 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
