Servicii de reparare, revizii si intreinere a autovehiculelor si echipamentelor conexe ale acestora . Obiectul procedurii il constituie achizitia serviciilor de reparare revizii si intretinere cu asigurarea pieselor consumabilelor pentru autosanitarele marca Renault 28 autosanitare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor-18. Autoritatea va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor . Avand in vedere dispozitiile Ordonantei de Urgenta nr.71/2012 privind desemnarea Ministerului Sanatatii ca unitate de achizitii publice centralizate, art.4 alin (2) acordul cadru va fi de 4 luni, iar executarea contractelor subsecvente se pot rezilia de catre achizitor in orice moment fara plata de dauna interese.
