Prestatorul trebuie să furnizeze servicii complete care includ analiza, dezvoltarea, testarea, instruirea utilizatorilor și monitorizarea funcționării soluțiilor de tip RPA (Robotic Process Automation) şi AI (Inteligenţă Artificială). Numărul zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde la toate solicitările de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.

Lots Lot 1 — Default lot (estimated 1875496.11): Obiectul achiziției constă în implementarea unei soluții de tip RPA - Robotic Process Automation şi AI în cadrul administrației publice a Municipiului Blaj, într-un context în care digitalizarea este esențială pentru a îmbunătăți calitatea serviciilor publice și a răspunde așteptărilor în creștere ale cetățenilor și companiilor. Prestatorul trebuie să furnizeze servicii complete care includ analiza, dezvoltarea, testarea, instruirea utilizatorilor și monitorizarea funcționării soluțiilor de tip RPA (Robotic Process Automation) şi AI (Inteligenţă Artificială). Furnizarea de soluții software RPA: Robotic Process Automation, Interfeţe grafice – de tip CRM, AI: modele generative.
