Furnizarea gazelor naturale cod CPV 09123000-7 Gaze naturale, este solicitată pentru alimentarea urmatoarelor puncte de consum aflate in exploatarea autoritatii contractante Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Zalau, la cele 7 puncte de consum după cum urmează: 1.Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Zalau, str. Simion Barnutiu nr. 67; 2.Sectiile TBC, Psihiatrie din Zalau – str. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 28; 3. Sectia Recuperare din Zalau, str. Dumbrava I nr.4; 4. Sectia Contagioase din Zalau str. Pacii nr. 10; 5. Sectia Psihiatrie din Zalau Str. Gheorghe Doja nr. 110 6. Central termica Zalau, str. Salcamilor nr.1; 7. Locuinte de serviciu -24 apartamente str. Salcamilor nr.1; Durata contractului: 14 luni . Valoarea contractului care se estimeaza a fi incheiat este de 3.131.500,00 lei. Consumurile estimate pe fiecare punct de consum sunt orientative; sunt prezentate in Anexa 2 la Caietul de sarcini; Se solicita propunere financiara pentru cantitatea totala de gaze naturale: 7.754 MWh. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire - cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor la anuntul de participare.

Lots Lot 1 — Default lot (estimated 3131500): Furnizarea gazelor naturale se va face la cele 7 puncte de consum amplasate in sectoarele de activitate ale spitalului. Consumurile estimate pe punctele de consum sunt orientative; acestea sunt prezentate in Anexa nr. 2 din Caietul de sarcini. Se solicita propunere financiara pentru cantitatea totala de gaze naturale- 7.754 MWh. Ofertanţii vor prezenta o singură ofertă financiară. Nu se acceptă oferte alternative.
