Numarul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari: 10 zile inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar, complet la toate solicitarile de clarificare si/sau informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesati: in a 12 -a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
