Obiectivul specific constă în crearea unei infrastructuri mobile dedicate activităților de cercetare-dezvoltare și testare operațională, prin utilizarea unei platforme experimentale tip stivuitor. Platforma va permite integrarea și evaluarea sistemelor tehnologice avansate, monitorizarea parametrilor funcționali și realizarea activităților de validare în condiții reale de exploatare, contribuind la creșterea nivelului de performanță tehnică și operațională a activităților desfășurate. Calendarul de răspuns la solicitările de clarificări Conform art. 160 și art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limită stabilit de autoritatea contractantă în anunţul de participare. Număr zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde la orice solicitare de clarificare, în mod clar, complet și fără ambiguități înainte cu 11 zile de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
