Masina multifunctionala de indoit profile pentru „Hub-ul Român de Hidrogen și Noi Tehnologii Energetice - Ro-HydroHub” este o presă hidraulică cu acces frontal și lateral la zona de lucru (tip C sau echivalent), destinată operațiilor de ștanțare, deformare, îndoire și presare, cu forță maximă de 100 tone. Calendarul de răspuns la solicitările de clarificări Conform art. 160 și art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limită stabilit de autoritatea contractantă în anunţul de participare. Număr zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde la orice solicitare de clarificare, în mod clar, complet și fără ambiguități înainte cu 11 zile de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
