Furnizarea de energie electrica de Joasa tensiune, necesara consumului propriu al Autoritatii contractante - Spitalul Judeţean de Urgenţă Zalău, in cele 6 puncte de consum amplasate in sectoarele de activitate, după cum urmează: 1. Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Zalau, str. Simion Barnutiu nr. 67 - NLC7001228927 (JT); 2. Sectiile TBC, din Zalau, str. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 28 - NLC 7001229009 (JT); 3. Sectia Recuperare din Zalau, str. Simion Barnutiu nr. 65 - NLC 7001228993 (JT); 4. Cabinete ambulatoriu din Zalau, str. Pacii nr. 10 - NLC 7003604106 (JT); 5. Sectia Psihiatrie din Zalau, str. Gheorghe Doja nr. 110 – NLC 7000907776 (JT); 6. Cabinete ambulatoriu din Cehu Silvaniei, str. 1 Dec. 1918 – NLC 7003623070 (JT); Durata contractului de furnizare este de 13(treisprezece) luni de la data semnarii lui de catre ambele parti. Valoarea estimata a contractului care se estimeaza a fi incheiat este de 2.861.000,00 lei. Consumurile estimate pe fiecare punct de consum sunt orientative; sunt prezentate in Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Se solicita propunere financiara pentru cantitatea estimata de energie electrica: 2001 MWh. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire - cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor la anuntul de participare.
Lots Lot 1 — Default lot (estimated 2861000): Furnizarea energiei electrice de Joasa Tensiune, se va face la cele 6 puncte de consum amplasate in sectoarele de activitate ale spitalului.
