Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este pana in a 16-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Daca aceste termene vor fi zile nelucrătoare, autoritatea va răspunde în ultima zi lucratoare înainte de termenul respectiv.
