SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE 1 800 mm DIAMETER SMOOTH WALL STEEL PIPE CULVERT by the boring method through the Roadway on Highway No. 3, 13.56 km east of its junction with Highway No. 23; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 26 m. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
