Anskaffelsen gjelder en enkeltstående utførelsesentreprise for miljøsanering, demontering og riving av Sandeide prosjektkontor i Marinevegen 2 i Fyllingsdalen. Oppdraget omfatter riving og fjerning av kontorrigg, garasje/carport, betongplate, ringmur, fundamenter, skilt og øvrig utstyr på eiendommen. Teknisk infrastruktur, herunder strøm, nettverkskabler, vann og avløp, skal frakobles og avsluttes som angitt i konkurransegrunnlaget. Arbeidene omfatter også sortering, dokumentert levering og behandling av avfall, håndtering av farlig avfall, tilrettelegging for ombruk samt istandsetting og klargjøring av området for overlevering.
