About the Proposal Program Background DT Global has been engaged by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to manage the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program. BCEP represents a significant investment in promoting participatory democracy in PNG, with a goal to strengthen citizen-government engagement for improved service delivery and provision of public goods. For more information, please see www.dt-global.com Scope of Services BCEP plans to develop a range of technical content for curriculums, trainer and learner guides, and learning materials. The materials require instructional design, curriculum development, editing, graphic design and formatting to produce professional, user-friendly and quality-assured materials suitable for adult learners. BCEP seeks to engage a qualified Curriculum Developer and Graphic Designer, either as an individual with both capabilities or as a consultancy team, to transform the materials into final products that align with approved curriculum or competency frameworks, adult learning principles, accessibility requirements, intellectual property obligations and organisational branding standards. About You The ideal subcontractor should demonstrate: Qualifications and strong understanding of adult learning (andragogy), competency-based training (CBT) assessments, accessibility and inclusive training practice. Qualifications or demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, publication design or visual communication. Demonstrated ability to convert technical material into clear, practical and engaging learning content for a range of audiences. Strong portfolio of educational, training or technical publications.
