Cette formation vise à renforcer les capacités des conseillers en orientation de l’Agence Tunisienne de la Formation Professionnelle (ATFP) en matière d’orientation professionnelle des jeunes. Elle permettra aux participants d’acquérir des approches, outils et méthodologies modernes pour accompagner les jeunes dans l’identification de leurs compétences, la définition de leurs projets professionnels et leur insertion sur le marché du travail. La formation abordera notamment les principes fondamentaux de l’orientation professionnelle, les techniques d’accompagnement individuel et collectif, l’analyse des besoins du marché de l’emploi, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques favorisant l’employabilité des jeunes. À l’issue de cette formation, les conseillers seront mieux outillés pour offrir des services d’orientation adaptés aux besoins des bénéficiaires et contribuer efficacement à leur parcours d’insertion socioprofessionnelle.
