REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Dear Sir, On behalf of the Director of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), reputed and experienced firms / contractors holding a valid OEM / Manufacturer's Authorisation for the offered LED flood light fixture are hereby invited to quote their rates for "Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400 W - 450 W LED based Flood Lights installed on 25 mtrs poles at the Cricket Stadium of IIM Lucknow, including dismantling of the existing mounting structures, removal of the old worn-out fixtures and re-installation of the mounting structures on the poles of 25 mtrs high", Prabandh Nagar, IIM Road, Lucknow, as per the RFQ. The work shall be completed within 15 DAYS from the date of the award of the work/letter of intent, or acceptance of the work. The RFQ document should be signed in ink on each page, and any cutting or overwriting should be signed accordingly. All the attached papers should be submitted duly signed by the Bidder. The conditions of this notice and those mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and BOQ enclosed will be binding on the Bidder. The Director, Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, reserves the right to reject one or more RFQs without assigning any reason. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. The validity of the RFQ shall be 90 days from the date of opening of RFQs. Bidders incorporating additional conditions, discounts and rebates are liable to be rejected. Bidders are advised to physically inspect the site, the existing poles / masts, the existing mounting structures, the condition of the existing fixtures and wiring, the height and accessibility of the poles and the approachability of the playing area for lifting equipment, before quoting. No deviation of rates or conditions of the contract will be accepted on account of ignorance of the workplace conditions after the award of the work.
