Learn more at www.gavi.org . Gavi Project The purpose of this RFP is to establish a multi-year contractual arrangement for relocation and repatriation services. The successful Bidder will act as Gavi's appointed relocation partner and will work closely with Human Resources, employees and eligible accompanying family members. The provider will be expected to deliver policy-compliant services, identify and obtain approval for exceptions before commitment, maintain auditable records, manage subcontractors, and provide management information and statistics that support cost control and continuous improvement . For indicative purposes only, Gavi’s annual expenditure on core relocation and repatriation services on average is approximately CHF 50 0,000. The historical expenditure is provided solely to assist Bidders in developing their service and pricing proposals and does not represent a commitment, forecast or guarantee of future expenditure, case volumes or service requirements. The contract term , estimated annual case volumes, implementation date and incumbent transition requirements will be confirmed by Procurement and Human Resources once the successful bidder has been selected . Actual expenditure and case volumes may vary according to Gavi’s operational requirements, workforce movements and applicable policy entitlements. No minimum case volume or expenditure is guaranteed. Objectives and Outcomes Provide a consistently high-quality and employee-centred relocation and repatriation experience. Ensure services are delivered only within approved policy entitlements and documented authorisations. Provide end-to-end case ownership with clear accountability and timely communication. Obtain competitive, transparent and auditable pricing for each move and service component. Manage global household-goods, destination-service, storage and pet-relocation suppliers effectively. Provide accurate operational, financial, policy-compliance and service-quality reporting. Reduce avoidable delays, service failures, duplicate activity and manual administration. Continuously improve the programme through data, employee feedback, market insight and innovation. Embed responsible procurement, environmental sustainability and social equity across the supply chain. Deliver SOP-compliant, cost-effective and coordinated travel booking for orientation visits, relocation journeys and repatriation journeys, including appropriate accommodation where required, applying economy class and most direct route for the employee and eligible accompanying family members irrespective of flight duration.
