Anticipated Contract Term for Master Service Agreement

The initial contract term of Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be one (1) year, with the option to renew annually based on satisfactory performance, for a maximum total contract duration of three (3) years.

Quote Validity:

Quoted service fees shall remain valid for the duration of the Master Service Agreement, subject to mutually agreed adjustments where applicable

2. Purpose of the RFP

FHI 360 India invites proposals from qualified and experienced Travel Management Companies (TMCs) for the provision of:

Domestic and international air ticketing, railway ticket booking

Hotel reservations and related payments

Ground transportation and taxi services

Other travel support and coordination services (e.g. visa, insurance, foreign currency conversion if needed).

Selected vendor will enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with FHI 360 on a service-fee basis.
