Background

Advanced Stem Workshop- is a 3 days Bilingual (Hindi + English) workshop in which ~100 students per school location / ~400 total students from Grades 6–9 will be participating from selected schools. Students will be in batches of 25 students (preferred)/maximum 30. The Advanced STEM Workshops will provide experiential learning and practical exposure to emerging technologies. The intervention will be delivered at Four locations, with approximately 100 students participating at each location. The workshop covers satellite integration, drone systems, telemetry, aerospace hardware, PICO satellites, miniature drones, drone assembly and dismantling, flight simulation, soldering, coding, structural design, wireless telemetry and payload integration. This SOW prioritizes a smaller set of core modules so that each student receives meaningful hands-on exposure within the three-day format.

Objectives of the workshop

- Build understanding of practical applications of STEM through drones, satellites, electronics, coding and simulation. - Provide every participating student with structured hands-on experience rather than demonstration-only exposure. - Develop foundational understanding of drone components, satellite subsystems, sensors, telemetry, electronics and payload concepts. - Build safe practical skills in assembly, dismantling, soldering, coding and simulation. - Strengthen problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, design thinking and communication. - Introduce students to relevant education and career pathways in aerospace, aeronautical, mechatronics, avionics, robotics, automobile, marine, satellite and drone-related fields. - Measure learning change through clearly defined module-wise pre- and post-assessments. - Conduct Video documentation for the workshop.

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this space-satellite opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.
