Scope of work

Supplying of STEM & STEAM Incubation Workstations Technical Specifications as detailed below: The quantity of PAN India Incubation workstation required in FY 26-27 will depend on project requirements. However, initial tentative requirement is of 17 Units each workstation in Karntaka & 6 Unit each workstation in Chandigarh, Final Quantity to be clarified after financial bid opening of technically qualified bidders.

• Sample/s to be sent to the notified location in Delhi along with submission of the Technical Bid, or Demo at facility of Bidder/OEM or virtually – (Applicable for Shortlisted vendors only).
• Rate/Contract Validity to be valid until 31st March 2027.
• Delivery location: PAN India
• Delivery Timeline: 15-20 Days from Receipt of Advance; Damaged units during the transport will not be accepted and to be replaced by the supplier within 7 working days of notification.
• Warranty & After Sales Services for 6 Months:

1) Onsite/Virtual support to be available in PAN India

2) Turnaround time for service not more than 10 days after lodging the complaint

3) In case of manufacturing defects, item to be replaced at no extra cost

A printed Manual with step-by-step instructions should be provided with detailed building instructions for creating projects. Guidance Tools should include fritzing diagrams, circuit diagrams, and explanations. All the kits to be packed and presented in a box. Minimum Technical Details for the Incubation Workstations:

1) STEM Incubation Workstation

• It should have at least 6 analog input pins and 8 digital I/O pins, based on AVR architecture. This CPU should be easy to program suitable for educational purposes.
• Diverse Sensor and Output Blocks Sensors: Should include light, magnetic, and touch sensors.
• Output Blocks: Receiver unit, BO motors, RGB LED, motor, LED, fan, dual LED, flashing LED, and buzzer blocks.
• Input Blocks: Momentary switch, slide on/off switch, and power block.
• Accessories: Breadboard, jumpers, connectors, L293D motor driver, clamps, wheels, nuts, and bolts. Bluetooth Wireless Communication It should be refilled on the need basis once the order is placed.
• Resupply upon requirement

2) STEAM Incubation Workstation

Multifunctional STEAM Models: Minimum of 10 models such as Mini Bot, Frog Robot, Hopping Robot, Pedal Alarm, Cashbox, Conveyor Belt, Escalator Belt, Solar House, Carnival Ride and Decoration Box. Designed to incubate real-time ideas and foster creativity. Resupply upon requirement Proposal Requirements – Technical & Financial: The technical proposal should cover at least below areas:

Applicant eligibility requirement(s):

• The bidder organization should be registered as a legal entity for carrying business in India. In addition, the bidder shall have all kinds of necessary licenses and permission for work related requirements.
• The bidder must preferably have previous relevant experience in the area of the requirement/supply.
• This bidder must be an OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) & Brand Owners, authorized dealers, traders and resellers.

Technical Requirements:

The bidder should provide information on overall qualifications, including:

• Profile of organization
• Past experience, clients handled and completed assignments in the same field.
• Services and support available post-delivery and Turnaround time
• Only for-profit entities can apply. Nonprofit entities (NGO) are not eligible to apply under this bid.

Attachments/ Enclosures for Technical Bid: Bid must be submitted in English language only and should contain the following:

• Covering letter with reference to all enclosures or attachments.
• Copy of registration documents/ certificate and most recent renewal as a legal entity.
• License or permission if any for doing business
• Copy of Authorized dealership issued by the company (if any)
• Copy of valid PAN
• Copy of valid GST Registration.
• Copy of MSME registration certificate (if registered)
• Copies of last 3 (three) years of ITR.
• All other documents as mentioned in this RFP document.
• Cover letter (Annexure I), General Information (Annexure I.1), Technical Bid (Annexure I.2)

Financial Bid It is to be submitted separately as per Annexure II. No conditional price is to be quoted.
