Auckland Council Group welcomes innovative approaches that move beyond traditional fleet management and support the transition to a connected, digitally enabled mobility ecosystem. Responses should outline current market capabilities, emerging technologies, implementation approaches, integration capabilities, and innovative service models that enable connected mobility, optimise asset utilisation, enhance the user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to inform Auckland Council Group’s future mobility strategy and procurement planning by identifying solutions that are scalable, flexible and capable of supporting evolving operational and sustainability objectives of the organisation.
