UNFPA Sri Lanka is looking for the follwoing services from hoteliers:

Specification.

Specification Training from 21–22 August 2026

Conference Facility A training venue located within Colombo is required to host a residential training for 85 participants, scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Accommodation 20 August 2026 -night H/B double room basis - Additionally, please be aware that since approximately 10 participants are coming from out of western province, they may arrive the day before the workshop and we may need to arrange accommodation accordingly. (We will confirm the number of participants closer to the date)

21 August 2026 till 22 August 2026 night H/B Double room basis - for 50 participants (the number and the gender segregation of the participants are subject to change and will confirm closer to the date)

22 August 2026 late checkout - Additionally, please be aware approximately 05 participants may require late check-out (We will confirm the number of participants closer to the date)

Catering Requirements:

Morning and evening tea / coffee with 2 or 3 snacks given and Lunch required from the hotel (note day one the morning (21 August 2026) refreshment to be arranged at 8:30am)

Other requirements from the hotel 2 Flip charts boards and with 2 flip chart papers

Notepads and pencil

Water bottles/water jar

Projector & screen

Uninterrupted WiFi connection in the room to connect to the internet and play a few YouTube videos.

Sound System
