Santé Québec Bas-Saint-Laurent est à la recherche d’un projet permettant le développement d’une ressource intermédiaire DP de 9places dans la MRC de Rimouski pouvant accueillir dès le 1 er novembre 2026 le type d’usagers suivants :

  • La clientèle desservie est composée d’adulte âgés de 18 ans et plus ayant une déficience physique (DP);
  • La clientèle desservie est suivie par la direction DI-TSA-DP, par la direction santé mentale et dans certains cas également par la direction DPSAD;

Le territoire vissé est: MRC de Rimouski.

Conditions (admissibilité / eligibility)
