Details

Le projet consiste principalement à reconstruire deux logements existants situés au 15, rue de l’Église, à Chandler, qui ont été endommagés par un incendie. Les travaux de décontamination et de nettoyage ayant déjà été réalisés, le présent contrat porte exclusivement sur les travaux de reconstruction. Ceux-ci comprennent la réfection des finis et de la cuisine du logement 001, situé au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi que la reconstruction complète du logement 005, situé à l’étage. Des interventions sont également prévues dans le corridor et les espaces adjacents touchés par le sinistre, notamment aux soffites, aux luminaires, aux portes et à l’isolation, ainsi que les travaux de finition et de ragréage requis. Le contrat comprend également les travaux connexes de plomberie, de mécanique et d’électricité nécessaires à la reconstruction et à la remise en service des logements. Les autres logements de l’immeuble demeureront occupés pendant les travaux. L’entrepreneur devra donc planifier et coordonner ses interventions de façon à assurer le maintien des accès, des issues et des services, tout en préservant la sécurité des occupants et le bon fonctionnement de l’immeuble pendant toute la durée du chantier.
