AVIS PUBLIC Construction d’un garage municipal La présente procédure ouverte a pour but de solliciter des soumissions pour la conclusion d’un contrat de travaux de construction pour la construction d’un nouveau garage municipal. Le Soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le Contrat devra respecter les exigences décrites aux Documents d’appel d’offres ainsi qu’au Règlement de gestion contractuelle, et ses modifications, de l’Organisme municipal. Les documents d’appel d’offres seront disponibles dès le 2 novembre 2026 sur le système électronique d’appels d’offres du Gouvernement du Québec (SEAO). L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés, compagnies et corporations qui possèdent un établissement d’entreprise au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord de libéralisation des marchés applicable aux municipalités soit l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC) et l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO). L’Organisme municipal ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues ni à encourir aucuns frais de quelque nature que ce soit envers le ou les Soumissionnaires. De plus, l’Organisme municipal décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des Soumissionnaires dans le cas où toutes les soumissions seraient rejetées. Le Contrat est adjugé au Soumissionnaire conforme ayant déposé le plus bas prix, le cas échéant, sur décision de l’Organisme municipal, à sa seule discrétion.
