The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Global Maritime Crime Programme intends to support the establishment of a training facility at the Seychelles Coast Guards. The project’s primary objectives of this requirement are:

• To support the interdiction and combating contraband through training law enforcement officers across the

Indian Ocean West.

• To ensure establishment of a simulator VBS3/Ship-in-a-Box (SIAB) at the Coast Guard Base, Victoria,

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY) Pre-qualification of Vendors This pre-qualification is intended to assess vendors against pre-determined criteria listed below. Only those vendors which in the opinion of the United Nations demonstrably meet the criteria will be shortlisted to participate in the upcoming tendering exercise following the finalization of the pre-qualification process.
