El contracte té per objecte executar les obres incloses al «Projecte executiu per la renovació de la xarxa de clavegueram de l’avinguda de Roma, en tram comprès entre el passeig de Sant Joan i el carrer Pintor Guàrdia, a Manlleu», redactat el juliol de 2026. L’objecte inclou totes les unitats, prestacions auxiliars, mitjans, controls, seguretat i salut, gestió de residus i reposicions necessàries per lliurar l’obra completa i apta per al servei, encara que alguna operació accessòria no aparegui expressament descrita quan sigui inseparable de la correcta execució. No forma part del contracte l’encamisat del col·lector de 500 mm que el projecte descriu com a actuació futura possible.
