Det ønskes pris på 6 altaner og utbedring av to støttekonstruksjoner jamfør vedlagt funksjonsbeskrivelse og tilhørende tegninger. I tillegg er det opsjon på arbeider med å utbedre nedbøyning ved støttekonstruksjon og rehabilitering for 1 altan i fellesområdet. Det er også opsjon på påføring av maling to strøk på rekkverk, terrassegulv og andre materialer med behov for overflate behandling
