- Être un cabinet d’études juridiques opérant depuis au moins 15 ans ; - Posséder une expérience avérée en droit des affaires, particulièrement en droit OHADA ; - Avoir une connaissance parfaite du droit commercial général OHADA et d’une expérience solide sur le statut d’entreprenant ; - Avoir une expérience approfondie des réformes pour l’amélioration de l’environnement des affaires ; - Avoir réalisé au moins une mission similaire, de préférence en Afrique subsaharienne, dans un pays membre de l’OHADA ; - Posséder les ressources techniques requises pour réaliser la mission. ________________________________________________________________________ - Be a legal consultancy firm operating for at least 15 years; - Possess proven experience in business law, particularly OHADA law; - Have perfect knowledge of general OHADA commercial law and solid experience regarding the "entreprenant" (sole entrepreneur) status; - Have in-depth experience with reforms aimed at improving the business environment; - Have carried out at least one similar assignment, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, in an OHADA member country; - Possess the technical resources required to carry out the assignment.
