La Tunisie fait face à une augmentation des comportements à risque affectant les enfants, les
adolescents et les familles, notamment les violences, les pratiques disciplinaires violentes, les
addictions, le décrochage scolaire, les risques liés à l'environnement numérique, les troubles
psychosociaux et les situations d'exclusion sociale. Malgré les efforts entrepris par les différents
secteurs concernés, les réponses restent fragmentées et insuffisamment coordonnées. Dans ce
contexte, le Ministère de la Famille, de la Femme, de l'Enfance et des Personnes Âgées, avec
l'appui de l'UNICEF, souhaite élaborer une stratégie nationale intégrée de prévention des
comportements à risque.
Objectif général
Élaborer une stratégie nationale intégrée, multisectorielle et fondée sur les données probantes
pour la prévention des comportements à risque chez les enfants et les adolescents ainsi que
pour le renforcement des facteurs de protection au sein des familles et des communautés en
Tunisie, assortie d'un plan d'action budgétisé, d'un cadred e gouvernance et d'un dispositif de
suivi-évaluation.
