Details

Regina Public Schools (the "Owner"), seeks Bids to perform work to repair failed roof structure at 1600 4th Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan for a Stipulated Price in accordance with the Contract Documents listed below. Details regarding this Project can be found in the Contract Documents. A mandatory site meeting and walkthrough has been scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 8:00 am. All General Contractors bidding on the project must attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the true extent of the work. Sub-trades are not required to attend the walkthrough. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the worksite prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Tender documents can be retrieved from the website, https://rbesk.bonfirehub.ca/

The closing date has been extended to October 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CST and the questions due date has been extended to October 2, 2026 at 02:00 p.m. CST. A second, non-mandatory site walkthrough has been scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Contractors shall meet outside the front entrance of the Welcome Centre at 1600, 4th Ave. Visitor parking is available at the rear of the building, and attendees are requested to park in the designated visitor parking area. Attendance at this walkthrough is optional and is not a requirement for submitting a tender. The approved drawings have been uploaded and replace the originally issued drawing set. Bidders are advised to download the revised drawings and use them for the preparation of their quotations and tender submissions. All previous drawing sets should be discarded and removed from use.
