Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse om rammeavtale for renholds-, papir- og plastprodukter til storhusholdninger.
Rammeavtalen inngås med én leverandør på vegne av kommunene Gol, Gran, Hemsedal, Hol, Hole, Jevnaker, Lier, Lunner, Modum, Nesbyen, Ringerike, Øvre Eiker og Ål samt Lier eiendomsselskap KF.
Anskaffelsen omfatter blant annet toalett- og håndtørkepapir, avfallsposer og -sekker, rengjørings-, desinfeksjons-, oppvask- og tøyvaskmidler, håndhygiene, dispensere og doseringssystemer, mopper og moppesystemer, engangshansker og renholdsutstyr. Bestilling skjer gjennom leverandørens nettbutikk, EHF-katalog og punch-out-løsning.
Kontraktsperioden er to år fra 6. mars 2027, med opsjon på forlengelse i 1 + 1 år. Estimert verdi er 50 til 60 millioner kroner eks. mva. for hele perioden inkludert opsjoner, med en maksimalverdi på 75 millioner kroner eks. mva.
Tildeling skjer på grunnlag av pris (50 %), kvalitet (20 %) og klima og miljø (30 %).
