Formålet med rammeavtalen er å sikre Statsbygg tilgang på kvalifiserte avtalepartner for arbeider og levering av materiell knyttet til dør- og portmiljø ved eiendommer i Stavanger og omegn.
Avtalen skal inneholde alle typer arbeid knyttet til fysiske dør- og portmiljøet. Dette er f.eks. levering, montering, vedlikehold, service og reparasjoner av dører, porter, beslag, låsekasser, dørlukkere, portmotorer, dørautomatikk og øvrige mekaniske og elektriske komponenter knyttet til dør- og portfunksjoner. En stor del av oppdragene vil være tilknyttet spesialdører som ståldører/sikkerhetsdører /branndører.
Låssystemer, sylindersystemer og adgangskontroll inngår ikke i avtalen.
