Bakgrunn og formål
Oppdragsgiver ønsker å inngå avtale med en tilbyder som besitter kunnskap og tilstrekkelig kapasitet til å dekke Harstad Havn KF`s behov for «døgnet-rundt-tjenester» for fortøyning av skip. Oppdrag må derfor også forventes i helger, ferier, helligdager, nattestid etc.
Oppdragsgiver skal anskaffe leverandør av fortøyningstjenester på alle kaiavsnitt driftet av Oppdragsgiver.
