FORMÅL OG OMFANG
Avtalen omfatter alle nødvendige fagområder for å utarbeide en komplett kostnadskalkyle for rehabiliteringsprosjekter og i noen tilfeller mindre nybygg. Rammeavtalen vil også kunne benyttes til kvalitetssikring av Boligbyggs egne kalkyler/kostnadsestimater. LCC-beregning kan også forekomme. Kostnadskalkyle kan inngå i en enkel fase eller flere faser av prosjekter. Boligbygg gjennomfører prosjekter i flere entrepriseformer. Mest benyttet er byggherrestyrte entrepriser og totalentrepriser.
Oppdragsgiver gjør oppmerksom på at oppgitt øvre økonomiske ramme er basert på tidligere forbruk samt en vurdering av fremtidig behov. Estimatet er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver. Avrop finner sted etter hvert som oppdragsgivers behov materialiserer seg. Leverandørene må være oppmerksomme på at endringer i økonomiske- og/eller politiske rammebetingelser kan medføre at estimert antall oppdrag økes/reduseres.
