Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) inviterer til konkurranse om inngåelse av rammeavtale for konsulentbistand innen statlig regnskapsføring og Statlige regnskapsstandarder (SRS).
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre DFØ tilgang til spesialisert fagkompetanse ved behov. Konsulentbistanden skal understøtte DFØs arbeid med forvaltning, utvikling og videreutvikling av statlig regnskapsføring, herunder faglige analyser, vurderinger, utredninger, fortolkninger og kvalitetssikring.
Oppdrag under rammeavtalen kan blant annet omfatte utarbeidelse av faglige notater og beslutningsgrunnlag, faglige avklaringer knyttet til anvendelse av SRS, kvalitetssikring av veiledningsmateriell samt bistand i utviklings- og forbedringsarbeid på området. Oppdragene kan variere i omfang og kompleksitet, fra avgrensede enkeltutredninger til mer omfattende bistandsoppdrag.
Rammeavtalen inngås for en periode på to år med opsjon på forlengelse i inntil to perioder à ett år.
